Stacey Rinnert

Director of Operations

Stacey Rinnert is NCM's Director of Operations and is responsible for the project management offices, corporate communications, and operational analytics to identify opportunities for improvement to achieve organizational goals, develop standard operating procedures and support M&A integrations.

Stacey is passionate about building strong partnerships and high-performing teams to help organizations achieve their goals and deliver value to their customers.

Stacey has a background serving as a Chief of Staff and leading several enterprise project management offices to achieve strategy realization. She has successfully led and supported multiple projects and pilots that improved customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as enhanced operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Stacey holds a master's degree in project management from the University of Kansas and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), certified ScrumMaster (CSM), certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci).

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
